@submelon8 Yes U-Turn is a great brand, no one brand has all the best stuff though. Right now the K2 from Sky Paragliders in the best all around glider that I know of. I have a question about noise..... how many Hp would you loose if you made these motors quiet ? I mean real QUIET.... not less noisy.

And.. I dont see any info on maintenance and rebuilding these engines..

Fun stuff huh?! Just watch my video about the quietest paramotor on the market. The Flat Top 120 is so quiet that past 1/4th throttle you can only hear the whirrr of the prop. Very slick unit.

You are one cool dude. I some questions. If I bought one of these I would want to do aerial photography as a hobby business. Is it possible to take a picture with at least one hand on one of these with the DSLR cameras without to much vibration and such? What are the laws for flying over houses to take requested pictures of them? I live in Cache Valley.

The cage is there to protect you. It is important to have the extra clearance to the prop. This is one reason nobody has ever gotten their hands in the prop with a Flat Top. This also attributes to zero cage trikes. If you fall down the cage will flex, by keeping the prop just a bit away from the cage then the cage can flex to absorb an impact without hitting the prop. Also if you fall over backwards the prop hits flat on the ground stopping instantly and saving injury or damage. Flat Top!

@Donte9235 The Flat Top & K2 is the coolest setup I've ever flown. So dang cool. I'm flying on the beach in CA right now. What a total blast. Give me a call anytime if you have questions. Snow is a total blast, that is one of the funnest times to fly. Yes it is as awesome as it looks in the video, that's IF you get the right gear and training. You can't skimp in this sport. Get the freaking cool stuff with awesome training and you will have a total blast with excellent safety.

Well a really high end and super safe paramotor setup is about $11,000 for new. You can get high end used equipment for about $7000 though. Now we also have brand new equipment packages for only $5600 for low end Black Hawk type equipment but I really wouldn't recommend it as that's what all the injuries & deaths happen on. You might consider just starting with paragliding without the motor, then we can get ya everything for pretty cheap. Call 800-707-2525

Take a look at how high I was in 15 seconds, multiply by 4 and you have the climb rate. It is very very fast.

I have pigeons and when I watch them flying I just can imagine the feeling of being up there in the sky. I'm just into this to enjoy the pure feeling of it, not for competition. I live in a small country side in Portugal, and beleive me, it's a true challenge to find info and material for such a hobby like this.Regards.

Shut the motor off and the pigeons will likely let you fly with them. Very slick to fly with the birds. They will let you get about 10 ft away with the motor off. It's a wonderful experience flying with them. If you have questions just send me a message and I'll be happy to answer them. Dell

This unit burns about 1 gph at cruise depending on the weight and glider used. Very sweet unit, the most powerful paramotor on the market by a huge amount.

Will flattop be equipped with the new rotron 4-stroke rotary engines? Parajet will soon offer a 40hp unit that puts out 95kgs of thrust with 20% less fuel consumption then 2-strokes and no mixing of oil! I really would like to buy a flat top with rotron engines.

Yes I am also a Parajet importer so as soon as it is available I will give it a try but realistically it will be a couple years before they really get it fully tested. I do offer the Flat Top with the 50hp R50 engine though if you are interested. The main reason you don' t see them is cost. They cost tripple the price of a Simonini. The Alpine Peak is freaking awesome. It will literally blow away pretty much every DHV 1-2 AND DHV 2 glider out there and yes it is DHV 1 certified safety. Unbelievable glide, handling, stability and feel. It is just incredible. I usually hate DHV 1 gliders as an advanced pilot because they just suck but this one is freaking awesome. So good I fly it a lot just because it is so easy to launch and fun to fly. Just look in the video how easy it is to launch. It is ridiculous!!!
