  • what was your daily sleep schedule then because it its 30 hours sleeps every 6 hours which is the one that i will be starting soon

  • your immune system is active around the clock. like you, it doesn't sleep.

  • I have been trying to go onto this schedule, I keep messing up because either

    A: the alarm doesn't go off

    B:I subconsciously turn it off and fall back to sleep.

    Any help?

  • @coolfrog23 I got an extremely loud and annoying alarm clock, then I set it on the other side of my room, that way I had to get out of bed to turn it off

  • stomach flu comes from the turkey, eggs, etc you eat. that's why "flu season" is thanksgiving christmas, easter, etc. I eat only raw fruits and veggies and haven't been sick ever since my diet change. i'm now drinking more water, and am starting uberman.

  • @jackdentreprenuer sounds like you're a pretty healthy person :] you should have no problem with the schedule.

  • @barrjordan yes but when i started the schedule i thought "uberman" was just a kool name and not something that specific.

  • @jbichotte i read about the uberman schedule in an artical and thought it was just a kool name, not a specific thing. there are several different schedules with other names too. i just didn't know about them at the time ^_^
