I always have trouble with youtube myself. The video can be crystal, then I upload it to youtube and the quality drops. Blurry. I agree with Jake. The video looks normal to me.

The video itself looks good. Sound is good. But you need to check your zoom-in quality. Get as close as you can and see how it looks too. Also see if you can adjust the brightness and/or gamma in the game before filming. That should be located in the Options tab.
