@phukyu345 Hey, someone else needs to lock on to your laser designation whether it be Javelin or Tank Guided Shell. They do the firing, not you. I hope this helps.

i am incredibly jealous of your team-work. with consoles, you occasionally get somebody who realises i'm using the citv station, but most of the time it's every man for himself. i love how you guys call out targets so clearly too.. i wish consoles were more team orientated

I like the way you fire the main cannon, then quickly fire the canister shell. That's a neat tactic, I never even thought of that. I always thought the canister shell sucked but I guess It's good for finishing them off when they're wounded.

@rubbix06 Hey yeah CITV is a great way to laser designate all vehicles air or ground. The only downside is that if a chopper is too high the tank driver has no visual over it. but a good way around that is to have javelins equipped because you can lock onto CITV lases with javelins

@lonewolf4141stLT I disagree that the 12g frags are OP. For 1, you can easily kill yourself with it (done it a few times) and the damage that it does to the enemy directly is reasonable imo in that it takes more shots to kill than if you had a buckshot. great for suppression though.

@EssDubGaming Ive cheked the wiki and multiple videos but I am still confused. Apart from lasing targets for teammates and giving a third seat does it do anything else?

@SnopakProductions The third seat is used as a recon role. The only thing you can do is laser designate ground and air vehicles. You also get proximity scanner as the CITV operator, which is great for relaying information to your squad/driver/gunner.

Great video. Love watching it. Gotta get me a repair tool kill. LOL. I only have three upgrades to unlock on my tank but the rest of my squad has the CITV station unlocked so we are going to start to do some major damage. Any comment on the Cannister Shells? "Two Snaps up" or "Hated It"? Doesn't look like you used them at all.

@thecovesf I love the cannister shell, but it's not ideal for all situations. Maps with heavy armor imo call for anti-armor setup for the tank hence the CITV and guided shells. I always use cannister for maps like Damavand Peak, and sometimes Seine Crossing due to heavy infantry in close quarters and lack of ground armor support.

Does the ECM Jammer stop the Laser lock for a short time though since flares can't?

@mosszaphod The ECM Jammer can prevent you from being locked on by laser designation for a short time. However, once the missile is launched, I don't think the ECM Jammer can help you.

Does the CITV speed up the locking of the driver when he uses the guided missles? If not what is there any advantage for the 3rd person in tank to lock on for the driver ?

@mosszaphod Hey thanks for the comment. The CITV does speed up the amount of time it takes to lock on to the laser designated target. Some advantage for laser designation whether it be via CITV, soflam, or laser painter on choppers, is that any one on your team can lock on to the designated target even w/out a line of sight. Additionally, when attacking aircrafts, IR flares have no affect on laser designated guided shells.

@6c685 so basically the only thing a CITV can do is laser designate. When you laser designate something an orange diamond appears on the aircraft or vehicle that's designate. This is visible to everyone carrying guided missile of some sort whether it be chopper gunner or tank guided missile or javelin and anyone one your team within range can lock on to the lase even if it's through buildings, and take the enemy down. In this video, we have 2 tanks with guided shells and 1 person in CITV.

@Manu10744 Like randomite88 said, the first is the cannon shell, and the 2nd shot is the canister. All I did was switch between "1" and "2" really fast.
