would bc with a parachute be fast enuff to be useful? i know i can move pretty fast as the bear crawl but i'd have to know before buying that football parachute.
This isn't a bear crawl. There is nothing about this exercise that produces anything similar to the benifits of a bear crawl. The more I finding out about crossfit the less impressed I am with it.
@Roshibear actually crossfit is very impressive, but you need to be sure of who is teaching it. Same goes for any kinbd of trainer. you get the right person you get the right results
this is the dumbest exercise ever, ya lets drag our bodies around and see who can fracture their wrist first

The trick ot bear crawl or the row as we call it is to push down with one arm and lift with the other.
