Gintonic003, it was a superPAC that supports Newt that posted the video and Newt has already asked them to remove the innaccurate and irrelevant portions, which includes the french portion, of the video. Newt speaks French as well so there would be no reason for Newt to approve that message. Please doo some research before you draw such a quick assumption of people.
