, Dolphins, Poultry, Rabbits, and yes why not DOGS. Dogs specially their back legs contain less amount of fat than a rabbit ! .. Snakes are another healthy fat-free meat choice.

Buffalo meat is also very clean choice. and Italian horse's meat.. Very good.

Animals should be killed painlessly for those of us that still eat meat( i do not~mostly for the way i feel good every morning as compared to when I ate meat).

Vegetarian Diets can be supplemented by eating toffu, also you shouldn't be a vegan as it will destroy your bones the lack of calcium and magnesium that milk and milk prod can provide.
