you're misunderstanding what this video is, uts all about muscle failure. You can never train good for 1/2 hours n get the rest you want. Its constantly almost daily blood sweating and tears in the gym. It is all about muscle failure, everyone will tell you, lift heavy, supersets and have a great discipline for a diet + supplements (BCAA, Whey, Glucosamine for joint control)
all this fancy training techniques are nice but jus follow four simple principles...train hard, sleep 8 hours, eat as much chicken as a nigger and as much steroids as a pro wrestler...BINGO
I agree that this kind of training really isnt for packing on size, and Milos talks like it is going to make you grow like crazy. To grow you need that heavy lifting like Dorian does.

mate i do agree that to get better defention you need to work on dropsets and supersets aswell
and i watch all dorian yates films and i learned quait alot from him and his training technics effecting me well:)
squiz the muscle for 2 second and holding it,slow reps,and heavy sets!
milos training are just rediculis that's why dennis and everyone he has ever trained left him!
and because of him Look Wood retire from Bodybuilding!
