poor baby so sad that the cat has this but seems happy big hugs and a pet for the cat much blessings much love do they live as long as regular cats without this problem
um you might want to watch letting her fall like that she could hurt herself really bad but it is very great you guys aint like most people that would just put her to sleep I THANK YOU FOR THIS :)
I have a kitten with Ch as well that i recently adopted, he is the most amazing thing his name is mickey and although he tumbles twitches and shakes he loves life to the fullest it doesnt stop him from getting into trouble like a normal cat
Do you mind if I ask if there were any vet bills associated with CH? We are planning on taking in one that has it, but are pretty tight on money and also is this disease fatal at all? Id be heartbroken if we get attached then it dies shortly after.
I have a CH cat, It's not at fatal disease. The thing you gotta watch out for is little hazards around your house like sharp corners and big drops. They do require a little extra attention, but nothing medically a normal cat wouldn't require. Hope the little guy finds a good home with you
it may be cuta and funny for you, if you was that cat you wouldnt laugh, you would feel different from other cats, she gets hurt too she isnt of plastic man
She looks happy! i bet that her owners take good care of her! From what i can see they've gone out of their way to get her some toys and a kitty house.
@peppimariah I fall a lot, I laugh every time I go down. Besides, if you didn't happen to notice the guy made sure she didn't fall down from the couch before she fell.
I like that you kept the cat and all, took care of it instead of having it put down, but you guys were laughing at it. I found that kind of sad, like when it jumped down and rolled...
I have a cat with CH and to be honest, you cannot not laugh. They love life. The rolling, the tumbles, the full speed (their full speed) sprints into the couch, they're completely unaffected by them. In the grande scheme of things, wouldn't you rather them be alive and happy? Or would you prefer for use to euthanize them?
Can you tell me how is this cat doing now? Is this at 0.36-8 something like a seizure? Because my cat does the same thing and he is about to fly with a plane soon. I am worried sick about it.
@denitzaavr The cat wanted its ear itched, you know, like when a cat shakes his head. The cat's bodily was to vault backwards. When it was against the couch, you can see it possibly scratching its ear and feeling better.
Another CH kitty saved from being euthanized! Thanks for taking care of him. I also have a CH kitty. They are alot of fun and they don't even know something is wrong with them. My cat also does that "posturing" thing where it almost looks like he is a small seizure. Don't know what that is from. Love your kitty!

I have to say, Cerebellum Hypoplasia is a bit similar to Autism. I mean cats who has this develop slowly at legs.

Our CH cat Sprite is now 6 months old & has definitely learned to "stick" the landings! He is amazing, a joy to have - and an absolute hoot!

@ObsessedWithDragonz As a human who falls down -alot- (and sometimes gets hurt by it) I can tell you that sometimes, you just gotta laugh.

So cute! I hope to be blessed by one of these at some point in my life. There's no way you can be in a bad mood when you come home to such a cutie!
