@samscott54 You're spot on, samscott. This is the same man who wrote "Blowin' In the Wind", "All Along the Watchtower", "Lay Lady Lay", "Knockin' on Heaven's Door", and countless other songs that defined our generation. Keith Richards had the chops, but Dylan has always had the LYRICS. As you said, love him or leave him, the man is a legend.
@WEISSER500 This moron???Go educate yourself a bit,his name is Ed Bradley. This man is amazing, Dylan liked him a lot.It was the first interview of Dylan in 20 years, do you think he would open up like this to some moron?
I believe Bob was referring to God. Satan is not a chief commander in the world of we would not exist. satan is definitely not the chief commander in the spirit world. He doesnt take it for granted because he is grateful. It is not uncommon for people to ask God for things. I think is important for anyone who sees this to watch the whole interview before you pass judgement. Why would the devil be edited from the interview before he is asked who he bargained with. It doesnt make sense
I love Dylan's music. It's sad that he feels that his glory days of song writing are over and that he can't write like he used to. He has a peace about it though.
Seems like he tried to crucify his own image on purpose then people hated him for not living up to his image he took power from

Remember when people actually wrote meaningful lyrics? Songwriting today is all about sensationalism, nothing thoughtful.
