197, yaayy you made it to onderland, congratulations!!!! Could the back pain be gas, sometimes gas does radiate through the back and shoulders and can be painful. Or it could just be the body settling. Thanks for the tip about the hair product.

Congrats Skinny Mini!!!! lol lol, I am about 16 months out and have back pain periodically. It appears to be a number of things which does, in part, weight shifting and your body adjusting to the size. Also, how you stand or walk as a result of carrying less pounds. Also, constipation could be part of the problem. I get massages which significantly help and spend time in a whirlpool or sauna. Hope this helps.
