Sorry this reply took so long, yes the top spinner does come with RCT3 Vanilla I believe, and so expansion is required.

Thats called the flying camera route editor. Press ctrl+shift+0 to open it. If you need help learning how to use it, KIinn has a great tutorial you can google to find.

Its awesome :D, Hmm, howd u get the waterfall attached to the pool D:, I see so many vids with thing my game didnt come with, any hacks or stuff? p.p i search up and get nada

No mod is needed to get the waterfall going in the pool. The trick is that there is a normal (nonswimming) body of water underneath the pool. So I poked a couple holes in the pool and created the waterfall, then covered em back up. And the videos you see with with out of game stuff is called Custom Scenery. I'll send you a link to some in a PM.

Actually, no they need the bathroom. The big flaw in this park is the bad coaster and the lack of restrooms.

When selecting your billboard, single click on the first image you want and click queqe image. Then single click another image and queqe that image. Add as many as you want, then select a billboard size and place.

they can ride rides and use the pool and its slides in one visit, the waterpark area is part of the park so guests just go through a changing room area to acees it.

when you are making billboards click an image and click queque image. then do another one and do the same thing. they will rotate automaticly when you place the billboards. the green signs are just 2x1 billboards of pictures i made with photoshop

in construction mode for the coaster you click on a piece of track and select from the colors off to the side. its easier to do it as u build.
