A good video showing off a lovely town. You could have done some narrating over it, promoting it a bit more. Seems a waste going to all that trouble making a promotional video and not promoting it to its full potential. Just a thought.

Maybe a little harsh LabRat but it's getting worse to live here... just read the Herald for explanation rowanleaf. Not to mention nowhere to park, shops closing down and a general run down feeling rolling across the town. Will be sorted when they let a supermarket etc. into southend road. (When they stop listening to the sandal wearing, 'I know best cos I'm from darn sarf and want to take over' brigade who interfere in local issues)

Penrith is the Kazakhstan of England, you were obviously on holiday.

I live here and you have not had the chance to meet all the ill-educated, arrogant, ignorant , untrustworthy people that are scattered about the place.

But yes, on a superficial level Penrith and general Cumbria is a beautiful place to live!
