man I used the french yesterday and tried my own maginot line with enemy ai on blitz.. it was holding for quite a while until I could make my counter.a left flank attck with multiple types of armor wrecking supply lines.basically I bankrupted them.really love this game...so many ways to play .I don't recommend french for new folks though..germany, us is a good starting point...

i got this game today. man its awesome. theres diff. tanks infantry grenadiers and engineers diff tanks PAKS , AA guns. i started on easy never played an RTS game an its challenging to catch on to the controls on the 360 but when you its pretty easy. i never had any doubts but it has blown my mind compared to END WAR. this game will not fall short where end war did. worth every penny of 65 bucks. it will keep me tided over till MOH an COD comes out

@bgibson26 when you were under direct attack, the french support you : lafayette and 11/9 (please note that between these two dates, france got attacked itself a dozen times). but when you squeeze down a regime in a week, it is clear that you need no help and that you're gonna take all the money anyway. please also note that france paid a high tribute for you to extend your influence in western europe. thank you but thank them too.

@pvtsoap262 It was horrible in Zero Hour. You could load up two humvees with all kinds of infantry, then stuff them and two extra guys into a helicopter...and everything fires out of it. Snipers, minigunners, flashbang riflemen, rocket troops, and the repair/scout drones will follow it around.

The single player of Ruse does get boring as teir is only an easy Ai but on multi player it's unpredictable.

Command & Conquer games have the same play mechanics and Ai as the first C&C game in 1990s. many stratagy games are better than C&C red alert. RUSE is a an epic game that uses nearly all WAR options.

If you have an Steam account you can download it and play the public beta, it was released yesterday. I think the public beta period is 30 days or something like that. :)
