I don't find Inoue annoying whatsoever, I find her character refreshing. But I will say in the manga she is more likeable in my opinion than the anime. In the anime they chop out all her parts and fill in the line "Kurosaki-kun" and i'm like.......-_-. But really, Inoue usually makes me smile and I love that she only has the best intentions in mind. Favorite character by far (Tied with Ichigo)
