@rofflvideo When/if you get into advanced rocket jumping you will always want to use the stock launcher because the launchers that have increased projectile speed can really screw up more complicated jumps. Or so ive heard. ;D

I can do a normal rocket jump, but when I try to jump by firing at my feet I always head off to the side. I notice I'm moving my wrist quite slowly, and I keep holding the w key. Can can this actually be a cause of me not jumping properly?

Am I supposed to let go of w as I spin round and fire at my feet?

Shibbeh, I must ask, but what is your favorite rocket launcher, the Rocket Launcher, the Strange Rocket Launcher, Cowmangler 5000, Liberty Launcher, Rocket Jumper, or the direct hit, the Direct Hit in my opinion is the best because it is very easy to kill with and is great for rocket jumping.
