A recommendation? Not really. Just get a cheap one. So, let me get this straight, you just sit and wait till a train shows up? wow! More patience than me! And I really know about money being tight! I think everyone in the USA knows it!

@bigbird427Bob I usually try to find a place where I can get a view of a signal. It still takes a little patience, but it's my therapy. :)

@bigbird427Bob Hey Bob, I don't have a scanner. Do you have a recommendation for a cheap but good one? (Money's tight, just had a second kid!). I would love to know exactly what train I'm looking at, too.
