hmmm i disagree. because alot of it just wouldnt make sense since freerunning is alot well running. the tricks they do in freerunning allows them to keep moving ...front flips..wall flips...its stuff that goes in the line of their run, doing flares,airflares ect...kills the momemtum of the run.

also your talking about freerunning...freerunning is parkour with tricks.

parkour is just pure climbing buildings and such...no flips at all.
