This criminal has privatized adoption so that only about 24 of the thousands of children abducted by the province are public adoptions. I beganb investigating this when I found out that Edmonton Bosco Homes and Alberta Children's services Mormons are running a child trafficking ring. There has been a single conviction in Calgary of a J. Morgan trafficked many 7 & 8 year old girls through Calgary into Mission BC.(Judge David Ramsey) Morgan convicted of sexual interference /sexual touching,quietly plead guilty, nothing was done. Leads back to criminals at Children's services. Temp Auditor Gen. Salmon prevented review of Bosco.

There is NO country where the trafficker is punished because they are never caught. The girls or children are sent home or left back on to the streets. In canada most come from asia or eastern europe. Sometimes however young canadian woman are simlpy abducted or abused into working for free in the sex trade. Particularly naive young woman who are taken advantage of.
