The thing about a cover is you make it your own because it never compares to the original. Kid Rock has always been fond of playing with other songs. Personally I think he does a good job on this song in his own way. I love Hank JR. and always have. I adore Hank's music and one of the things I love about Hank is that he is just himself love him or hate him. Same goes for Kid Rock. Hank Jr's version will always be a legendary piece of work.
