wow i just don't realize how lucky i have been to have water at home many taps and 2 outside the house i grew up in and cost was next to nothing. Its a bit more expensive now. But when i was young every building every sports field, every park had taps now there all locked off but there are still some public ones around. But in australia we have not prepared enough we go from draught to flood we need to gather more during the floods and the top of australia is monsoonal and should be collected.
