I thought Carl was terrific. He did a version of Lee Greenwood's Proud To Be An American that almost brought everyone to tears. I think this was shortly after 9/11 so I'm thinking 2002.
Thanks for posting the video. Glad to see that Darren Dowler is still sing lead for the group. Saw him and the rest of The Raiders down in Branson last December. I can't compare Darren Dowler to Darren Medley but I do think Darren Dowler does a great job as lead singer.
Also loved Doug Heath's guitar work on "The Last Time", which Bill Medley sang during his set.
May I have the energy of Paul Revere when I get his age.
The Cuban Guy was Carl Driggs, who had been with the group for 20 some years before leaving in 2006, or 7, something like that.

I think within the last six years, I've seen three different singers for this group but there was a Cuban singer that I thought was tops!!
