@NTMxWolf After the Dark Brotherhood sanctuary is overrun after the Cooking mission, you search Gabrielle's body and I believe the gloves are called Shrouded Gloves.

yea i pretty much killed everyone in the bannered mare after killing montierre and then I went werewolf rampage, tried to kill the Jarl, and killed the lady running inn too. lucky for ysolda (my wife, who wanted the inn) got what she wanted and I got over a 5000 bounty for my rampage.

@iplaycodmw3102 Not so fast. This is a glitch with the stone blessing/buff that allows you to carry further weight and negate armor hindrance. The buff doesn't include the weapon/shield you're carrying. He may be at his max weight carried (with buff) and unequipped his weapon/shield, thereby exceeding his max weight allowed by placing them into his inventory. Once he re-equips them, they're removed from his inventory... allowing him to run again. And there you go!

you get it after doing some work for some jarls in cities. hope i helped :)

also on the second instead of listening to the emperor i loaded an arrow and shot him in the head without even having to adjust my view, then killed the other guy anyway for the gems

I lol every time you can get in trouble in whiterun and just tell the guards you are the thane and they'll turn their backs. I have a question though does being the thane in any city mean you can get away with certain things? And what exactly are the limits to a thane's power (the guard mentioned limits)? And finally, after you kill the emperor, do you get a bounty or can you get away with it?

Damn I didn't even let the emperor talk! I had my bow drawn when I opened the door to his cabin and it automatically shot him as I walked in! Have to admit though, It was pretty epic - right in between the eyes :)
