Get used to it: It's called Affirmative Action and some women are merely tokens in the world of sportscasting. There are and have been some good ones, yes (even Sarah Palin was decent on Alaska TV), but IMHO, women generally belong in the newsroom doing hard copy and that's it! I don't think that's an insult to women in the media; it's better than limiting them to "barefoot, pregnant, and in the kitchen"!

Ugh...unfortunately I think I know who this is, it sounds like Amy Lawrence from ESPN (where else?) I only know because I listen to All Night on the the radio and when Jason Smith takes one his 200 vacations a year, she sometimes fills in.
