"looking it up" names it as a diamond tread pattern, yes. But stop and think... That would be a stone guitar.

When drilling the stone too add in the pickups and cavities and wiring and such it would shatter.

Either way, you cannot melt down diamonds and reform then the same way you can metal, it would definitly not be that clean. There are no recorded diamonds large enough too cover an entire guitar body, or even his head stock for that matter.
