Actually, I had quite a lot of trouble finding this thing myself. Eventually I got a copy from a friend. I think she got it from Amazon or Ebay, and she might have had to buy the whole CD. (No, that is NOT code for "illegal download".) I'll ask her about it and get back to you... but for some reason it's just hard to get ahold of Neuroticfish.
