The best thing to do with these people is rise above them because these hippies are only trying to seek attention. If you don't give them any they won't get what they want, a reaction. This isn't art either because art since the beggining of time has been about the expression of beauty, not mindless shock value with no substance or meaning. Modern art is a classic example of how degenerate Europe has become.

To be honest I think people should be allowed to do this, this is freedom of expression no matter how tasteless, disgusting and offensive it is. Paper comes from where people? And what is happening to the environment...believe they call that global warming...and what do we do to make that? So I'm thinking defacing one book while the world is slowly flooding and heating up isn't that much of an issue. Look forward to 2012 :D
