The band was opening the door to todays emo/sci-fi genre that has not kept up the quality. Orgy IS not Julien K. The guitarists/keyboards from orgy are julien K. if im not mistaken its amir and the other guitarist. Jay gordon still owns the orgy label name and is still working on future projects..per the orgy website.
@Alex69eyes While I agree that Orgy was an underrated band, I wouldn't say they were THE most underrated of the genre. Gravity Kills was the most underrated band of this genre. I love Orgy and GK. Look up some songs from Gravity Kills - Perversion album. That album is one of the best Industrial rock/metal albums of all time, and 99% of the world doesn't know about it.
When I listen to this song it opens my mind. Like I can free my mind and see the past and future at the same time.
