i found out tht i had this about 4 to 5 years ago and im 15 knw and its seemed tht ma heart feels awkard and it feel like its heating up some times and other times it feels cold i get really scared about it :(

wow no joke i have the same problem and syptoms just curious when you hav the chest pains have you ever fainted one way i help to reduce the pain is curl up in the fetal position for me it helps
I was born with a heart murmur, one of my valves only works 80% and what happens is blood rushs back, which gives me an irregular heartbeat. In my family, each generation, every 4th child, has a heart murmur. I will tell you, you will continue to have chest pains at times... I still try to get used to it, but sometimes it gets hard to breath, like you said. I just know that its part of me, and I cant change it. Its just life really.
could this get badder if yu get depressed or stressed alot and sports.
