  • I was about to comment on the dulcimer in the background, but then I realized that somebody already had. How long have you been playing the dulcimer? And might I suggest uploading a video of you playing it?

  • @uyvl yup, sure doo

  • you wish you were noonga

  • @aliREGGAEE you wish you were Jamaican? Is that you singing on your channel? nice tune.

  • Sehr gut!

  • cool, recorded on my b-day thnx for the info

  • loldaniel

  • pause at 2:38

  • @DFROGdizzle hhahaah

  • the word you're looking for with the lips is call aumbishure... but spelled correctly lol

  • Dude,

I am a saxophone player and you have help me more with circular breathing than anyone. I am about to go after it in the morning! Thanks for sharing. God's peace!

  • YAY Gauthier, like me! Thank god you didn't say it like an American that say "Go-dee-ay".

It's coincidental that I found this video looking up didgeridoo stuff. I've been trying to get back into it.

  • How did you make the noise at 3:38-9

  • That's awesome... and it makes me wonder... can you circular breathe on a clarinet... I really wanna learn how to play the didgeridoo now. That thing's AWESOME! :P

  • im still struggling trying to make the drone with my cheeks,,its like theres not enough air in my cheeks to vibrate my lips,,,it feels like its not natural to do circular breathing and my lungs wont comply,,ill keep practising but if anyone has any tips please reply

  • i love you :D you're so cool haha!

  • actually managed to do a circular breathe !

  • how do i make the drone sound with only my cheeks

i can circular breath with a straw by blowing bubbles but not with a didj

  • Woww... looks like i learned it in like 30 min. XD

  • hmm of course it wont be authentic but do you think you could make a pretty good sounding didj out of some pvc? it seems like it would work but i dont want to waste any pvc a reply would be appreciated (not many people do)

  • @panzuman i have a didj made out of extruded pvc. soun d is a little different but with the thin walls it is much easyier to get a good tone out of it. sorry this is a long time after your request but i just stumbled across this vid. im sure if you made a didj out of pvc it would work, mine is not put together with pvc cemet but rather it was extruded so it is one long piece with a mouth-piece an a flared end. hope this helps.

  • @gnarguy19 yeah thats how i made mine but its with sched 40 pipe so its a nice deep tone and its only 5 ft long so im happy with it but i still want an authentic one

  • @panzuman right on. ya mines about the same size (5 ft) and its actually a pretty good tone you get out of it. and traditional ones are great but you need to find one with thinner walls. think walls are (in my limited expirience) quite hard to get good tone from. glad to have a chat with a fellow "canadian didgeridoo" player. haha. ie; one made out of pipe. cheers.

  • @gnarguy19 lol yeah its nice to know that your not the only one out hear but hey quick question for you or anyone else resding this does anyone know of a good video that shows you how to make animal noises?

  • @panzuman you know, i wish i knew a good one but i havent found one yet that is actually a good source. sorry brother. but if i do find a good one ill be sure to post a link for you right away. :) cheers

  • i got one but it wasnt a real one.. it want the same size round through the whole thing... so i'm stuck with the vaccum thing.. it works

  • still stuck on the breathing in and blowing my cheeks out....

  • it reminded me of ferris bueller when he said really basic. "never had one lesson" except your really good at it

  • AN ARMY OF DIDGERIDOOS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    nice playing =D

  • wow! you're really good :]

  • i can do it with out the didge but i can'tdo it while playing. any help?

  • looked like he was eating a big stick of bread that was pretty awesome though I want one but they are expensive :(

  • you should look up Juzzie Smith

  • very much appreciated, ive got everything down except the circular breathing

  • me too. but i suppose it is the hardest part.

  • circular breathing shouldn't be too hard... you just need to commit to playing 20-30 min a night until you get it.

  • that amazing how long have you been playing the didge

  • Excellent!!!!
