I was lucky enough to be at this video's recording at a club in the San Fernando Valley (that no longer exists) called the "Country Club". That chain shirt that Sebastian was torn by one of the fans accidently, who was told to jump on the stage. I remember,between shots, Sebastian telling us that his $600 shirt was torn, but was very friendly about it. He said he had a 2nd one if he needed it, but I don't think he changed for the footage, the video was almost done by that time.

These guys had a pretty distinct sound in the midst of a lot of late 80's generic hair metal slop. They actually rocked pretty hard, despite unfortunate appearance comparisons, hence being lumped in with their far less talented peers. Some of their stuff has aged well, this included. They were a band that deserved longevity. That and getting out from under Jon Bon Jovi's financial clutches- he took them for almost everything...

Believe me. I have tried, I really have tried, I´ve listened to most of their albums with attention and I still can´t see any good in this band.

I literally feel anxious after any 4 of these single-mood, monotonic songs with not even the slightest changes of intensity. Not to mention a full lack of true, convincing feeling.

I was actually at the show the footage comes from. It was at the Reseda Country Club in the San Fernando Valley. A riot broke out and shit went crazy! Cops were everywhere and started beating the shit out of everyone (well what do you expect from L.A.P.D., lol). Anyway, Skid Row was the best of all the metal band of the 80's and early 90's. Not just Sebastian, although the greatest singer in all of metal by FAR, but the other guys too.
