I found Free Video converter from Koyotesoft to do a better job at converting files and it can extract just the audio from a video file you want to do so in order to make Mp3 files from music videos for example. It's also free :-)
What settings do I need to set to convert mp4/mkv videos to avi/wmv without damaging the quality ?
