I'm amazed! That is THE fastest stick fighting training I've ever seen. Please tell me you guys don't get hurt. At least wear eye protection? I never realized how good of a tool a stick is until I started using it against my Bob with the punch arms. And that's just one stick I used. You guys could do many hits in a small amount of time. I am going to time some of your stick strikes and send you the video. Thanks for showing your skills.
