@Southerly93 Seriously? What do you call Afghanistan? They are deployed right now as we speak as part of ISAF. They serve in both conventional and non-conventional roles. Their Special Forces fought side-by-side with our SEALS and Special Forces in the opening invasion of Afghanistan. They are one of the strongest supporting nations of GWOT. Those boys have seen some shit. They arn't one of those countries that send their troops to BAF or KAF just to say they were there. So show them respect.

@Southerly93 actualy Norway would have been a quite attractive strategic position, as it was in the second world war, The norwegian special forces are a well known force and have aided the us in alot of wars, even as far back as the vietnam war, Norwegian military is small, but very effiecent, when the us were going into afghanistan norwegian special forces were essential due to the fact that the mountains down there and up here are very similar. also norway is one of the leading arms dealers

@03USMCAssault51 They only serve one year doing this as well, after the year is over there is new recruits that have to be trained all over again etc etc. So i would agree that they aren't as good as some professional Drill Teams but for only having trained for this a short time i think they are really good.

Hans Majestet Kongens 3. Gardekompani, is in fact one of the best in the world when it comes to marching. What makes it even more remarkable, is that none of these are professional soldiers, just ordinary recruits doing their 9-12 months duty for their country.

@Solja2010 That is actually true. Do a little bit of research... It's called "Hans Majestet Kongens 3. Gardekompani" in norwegian, or "His Majesty The King's Guard, 3. company". Known as one of the best marching bands in the world.

Also, The Norwegian Military Tattoo is internationally famous for its quality.
