It is true children suffer but that does not give them the right to speak to the mother in such manner. I am a product of separation as well and my mother would have set me up straight if i ever came to her with this kind of attitude. There are ways to dialogue and I don't even think that he's mother is doing such a good job communicating with him either. But still he's attitude towards his mother it is very disrespectful.

Every-time she picks up her son instead of just spending a happy time with him, she gets into a fight ... the son fights back most likely the way he fights w/his dad ... The mom is an adult but doesn't behave like an adult & accuses the kid to be like his father . She admits she lied in court by accusing her ex to be a drug addict. Give the kid time, let him be a kid ...

i think the mother is stupid and not really nice to her son..

in the first part she is telling him that he is like his father and then she is saying how bad his father was..

bachbaleili- How else is she suppose to respond when her sone is saying that she is a a "stupid cow" or that she is selfish and evil. The son is a classic example of a person who is a mysogynist. She could not live with her ex because she was oppressed. Therefore in order to get freedon she had to lie and get a divorse. Now that she is living happily the son has a problem. I tell you if he was my son i would have left him with his father. but in this case the women is too kind.

This is real life stuff. No one is to blame, but as adults we must take the primary responsibility for both ourself and our children. We must recognize when we are too overwhelmed to truely be there for our children and find for them a family member, foster parent, social worker, teacher or counselor that can listen to them, affirm them and be with them just as they are. We need this for oursleves as adults as well. I hope the best for these two.

I also think it is also important for people, such as this mother, to be self-centered at times and to do what is best for them. I think she probably had her child in mind as well when she made the decission to divorce.

mom is too overwhelmed by her own pain from the difficult divorce to really listen to her son say that he feels caught in the middle and that he feels she is self-centered for considering her own needs before his. I hope this child finds someone to truely listen to him and to affirm his feelings.

(continue from part one) That's quite predictable that he can't understand and gets back to his opinion every 5 minutes: mom is wrong, she left because she was selfish. It can easily be seen that the kid feels abandoned and is trying to find a way to be accepted, but mom does not see it. (look at his reaction when she feels his forehead for fever).

I love other videos but this one is like a torture to the kid.

The way you talk with this kid is totally wrong. I am sorry to hear and see all this. Just let kid to be a kid. You are a very aggressive person. Some people should never become a parent. Why you are involving him in your personal issues. There are only two things that he should know fist: how much his parents love him second: all divorce issue was for a peaceful life for him and his parents so the can avoid every day fight.
