"Heathen Chemestry" and "Don't Believe The Thruth" are almost a "self-parody", as you said. And "Dig Out Your Soul" is a good album, different from everything they made before.

What do sales have to do with anything? The Spice Girls sold lots of records, it doesn't make them good. The Sun outsells the Times 5-1 but it doesn't make it better, and if Hamlet was performed by the RSC on BBC2 at the same time as Eastenders, the latter would have many more viewers.
Even if you look at sales, you see that even Oasis fans bought fewer albums at the years went on.

I've listened to quite a few Oasis tracks to see what all the fuss is about and if I'm being generous it seems they've 'written' about two songs- most of the stuff is very much samey. How they think any comparison between them and the Beatles can be made just shows how up their own backsides they are.

@TheMrDobbins I got a hummingbird really dont like it, find it heavy and nothing special to play. I the nicest guitar I got is an old 1970's MIJ acoustic nice woods paid £20 for it with a broken bridge nicer than the custom OM i got to

I've listened to quite a few Oasis tracks to see what all the fuss is about and if I'm being generous it seems they've 'written' about two songs- most of the stuff is very much samey. How they think any comparison between them and the Beatles can be made just shows how up their own backsides they are.

Ive listened to oasis for time but this past year it has really changed my life it sort of become my life ive never heard this song but man its spine tingling noel gallagher is such an inspiration amazing how one man and his guitar can captivate you and hold you there in the palm of his hand truely truely amazing what a legend. thank you.
