I might be going to Nacel in Beijing next semester. How soon did you apply for it? Do you think now is to late? Cause my friend just told me about it last night and he said he was gonna apply too. We go to different school 4 hours apart (he moved 2 years ago) and we figures it would be a great experience to get together and go to China together. =D I"m excited. I'm applying for the scholarship, you think its to late??
