    Hi

I am not trying to change my accent at all but might have changed over the period of time being in the foreign country for so long now...hope people get to the point and not keep stucking on my accent since it is totally natural and not fake. Fake things don't last long so let's see how far I can go with fake accent...enjoy!

  • hi,i hav a request.can u make hare chane ki sabzi in which coconut milk is added .i tried that everywhere i couldnt find it .

  • @jasminesweet25

    Hi

Chane mean whole chane or chana dal?

  • @SuperVeggieDelight

hi its fresh whole green chickpeas.thx

  • @SuperVeggieDelight

ya, here in "hare chane ki sabzi" whole green chana is used. similar type of chana which we used in pani-puri filliing. just color is different. This subji is mostly taken with "methi muthiya" as it is shown in one of the series on Sony TV named "kuch to log kahenge"...

he he he. I hope hardly some of 'em have would try. but, now every1 wants to know how it's made. Crazzy na!

  • hey, do u clean methi befor storing? once i trie dto store mint leaves and when i took out it had become black, since that day i don't store , i make veg soup evryday and spinach also, so evry 4 days i have to go to get spinach since i don't get more than 2 buch at a time since its dificult to manage, so if u can give me idea how to deep freez green leafy leaves, not for a long time just for a week, thanking you.

  • @chikup01

    Hi

Mint does become black easily. Make sure to wrap them in kitchen paper towel. Wash greens always before using only. If you wash and store, it will get wilted. If there is even little moisture, they don't stay good. So try it with wrapping and then store them in ziploc bag with some holes in it...to get some fresh air...

  • @chikup01 -- Hi, this is Jyoti from Indore, I have been using tupperware products for storing leafy vegetables, and its working wonders, I can store them for almost a week easily, without worrying about it.

    I have a question though..

What if i do not have jowar flour? what can be a good substitute? What about adding some sugar if i just need to make these as tea time snacks. Your reply is appreciated. Cheers.

  • @urvscan

    Hi

If you can get hold of corn flour not starch or corn meal. Try with it. I would add 1 tbsp of wheat flour though with corn flour to get good binding since corn flour has much more crispyness...Great luck.
