@abrhamlee Since she has a clear and documented history of fraud, I highly doubt that the money would be spent on the child. So yeah, I would want the court to tell me what I had to pay and to use their power to keep an eye on her. Women abuse the system like this all the time, and there are NEVER any consequences for it. So if she had to pay for the child by herself for a little while, she deserved it.

@abrhamlee Of course. In that situation what I'd do is go out and buy whatever the child needs and give that to her instead of giving her money. That way, I know that the kid is provided for and she can't spend the money on something else (like wigs and ridiculous earrings...).

I think young teens need to get their heads examined, do courses in raising a family and what it means to be MATURE, fill out applications and do an exam to quality them for family life and to have children. JESUS CHRIST these youths, this is sad :( THEY AREN'T ready for children, they only bringing more stress onto the system, raising dysfunctional children.

@Buondelmonte123 lol yep but if I remember right we had 48 but 4 fused together to make 2 bigger ones. so we have 2 less but 2 of ours are bigger. Might be an over simplification but blame google :-)

My other favourite moments are: "I was without transportation" [obviously never heard of a taxi] yet "I had to go out and buy a fridge the same day." I'm astonished too that JJ didn't comment on her bare shoulders in the court room. Well dressed for a summer BBQ, yet needs money for diapers, she makes it sound as if she needs the diapers for herself anyway.

@Buondelmonte123 LOL! She seems like a sweet and humble girl, but she was never taught by her parents how to be responsible, or how to act like a mature adult. Right now, she is manipulative, and trying to live off of someone else. Her mind is in the clouds, and if she doesn't take charge soon she will either end up on welfare for life, or trusting the wrong men too many times and having them "make her get pregnant" with twenty more kids by age 40.

@TheTubePortal At my age, after a lifetime of quiet observation you can tell a lot. She's an only child, Mommy wore the pants in the marriage. Danielle has inherited her mother's slyness, she is one of those girls who has not one female friend. She is surprisingly articulate. She'll be a 'course junkie' for the next 20 years. She'll have all sorts of qualifications and still be one chromosome away from being a potato because she can't relate what she's learnt to who she is.

@Buondelmonte123 Not quite sure I follow why you feel she will become a "course junkie"?. Here in the USA there is a sub-culture of welfare children, raised by single moms, and most of them (80%) are black families. Moms never worked a day in their lives, and the kids were raised with low self esteem and it becomes worsened by the mom letting them do anything they want, which is where gangs come from. Strikes me as a manipulator and "a baby" who blames others for her problems.

@TheTubePortal Thank you. Listen to her voice, she's not uneducated, and she mentions she's at school. She doesn't use ghetto talk. She enjoys the 'young' life and I've met the older version of her type, still doing courses at aged 40 with the outlook of high school kids. She'll 'run' the system for everything she can get. I understand when you mention the sub-culture of the welfare children, but this little girl has her eye very slyly on the main chance. Fascinating case study.
