I don't wont to destroy your nice little idea for food, but this is not a greek dressing. In fact, greek salads don't have dressings. They are topped with olive oil. Stop ruining the reputation of greek food with things that have nothing to do with it.

@JENNiiiFERRx3 hello this is a very easy dressing...mix lemon and olive oil...as much as you like...dont be so precise with the quantities...you can taste it if it is very sour add oil....in the end add salt and pepper if you like...in greece we also add oregano for nice taste...you can use this sause for grilled fish or meat too...kisses

Black Olives, Feta cheese, Cucumber, tomatoe, sometimes onion to garnish, with Oregano, a splash of Olive oil and maybe vinegar.

Side of fresh bread.

This is not traditional greek dressing for greek salad. Sometimes Greeks use it for fish but never for a greek salad.

Traditional Greek salad has only salt, extra virgin olive oil, oregano and sometimes if you want vinegar!!!

Karen, honey? Nice enough dressing, but it's not "traditional Greek", or certainly not for salads unless you're referring to cabbage. For fish, for black-eyed peas, for boiled potatoes with spring onions, sure. But lettuce or greens salad?! I don't think so!
