  • When I worked at a cafe I tried to recreate their iced coffee and couldn't get it right. This looks very easy and I will defiantly try it out. :) Thank you.

  • its better to dissolve coffee in two spoons of hot water and then add it to the milk to blend....

  • Aunty, could we use real coffee? Just brew strong coffee in a tiny bit of water?

  • thanks manjula ji for so easy cold coffee recipie i ll surely make it

  • This was delicious! I saw this just before leaving the office and had to try it, so I stopped on the way home to pick up some instant coffee (don't normally have it around).

I got the steps wrong and threw everything in the blender at once, but it still tasted wonderful.

  • i havent got d grinder den is der anyother option to do this coffee means by boss or by food processor..

  • but instant coffee tastes so horrible ... the only decent one was Starbucks, but it's very expensive.

  • @craigenputtock I don't care for instant coffee either, but in this case it works quite well. You're just putting enough in to give it a coffee-like flavor.

  • @craigenputtock I used to think so too, but I tried the Nabob (red label I don't know which one it is) and its actually not too bad. Not something I would drink all the time but I was a guest at a house so it was OK for the time. I don't think it'd be too bad in this.

  • so awesome!

  • 8 ounces of milk is 1 cup

  • Add vanilla icecream & double cream..it taste awsum!

  • This is a really good use for leftover brewed coffee from breakfast. I put a couple drops of vanilla and/or almond extract in mine...gives it that flavored syrup taste without messing with syrups. I also get lazy and don't blend mine... I just mix up all the ingredients and drop a few ice cubes on top.

  • how many glasses of milk is 8 oz...since i am from Denmark..really cant figure it out and want to make it for my friends:)

ps.: Thanks alot for your lovely and delicious recipes:) You are the best:)

  • @MAMUZarka One glass

  • @Manjulaskitchen thanks a lot.:) I made it for my friends and they loved it:) THANKS ALOT ALOT:) I am from Afghanistan and i decided to make indian food as theme and i made vegetable pakoras, alo ke parate, biryani, samosas and wanted to make gajar ka halwa as dessert, but they didn't let me cause i already made lots of dish:):) THat was awesome:):) Love you my greatest Manjula aunty:):)

  • @Manjulaskitchen

One more advice , you can first dissolve coffee in one small cup of warm water. Its easier to make that way :).

  • @MAMUZarka 237 ml equals out to 8 ounces, or 1 cup.

  • @MAMUZarka 8 oz is one cup

  • @MAMUZarka its 1 cup as in the american liquid measurment or 265 ml in metric units

  • thanx

  • My mother LOVES Ice Coffee. I might try this!

  • I love how simple this one is and that you shared that it is something you personally enjoy. Namaste

  • delicious ... thank u.....

  • It looks delicious, but I don't like coffee!

  • Yes, it's really great! Try sprinkling some cinnamon on top!

Manjula, thank you very much for this and ALL of your wonderful videos!!

We enjoy your recipes so much and where else would we find a way to make

such great Indian food?! - Blessings!

  • You are the best! Love you Manjula..

  • should you not dissolve the coffee in a bit of hot water before blending?

  • I love iced coffee. I make mine with fresh coffee (same amount of coffee grounds, but half the water as normal) then I combine the concentrated coffee with sugar and milk, put it in a shaker (cocktail shaker) with ice, and give it a shake.

  • this looks way better than the stuff at McDonalds :]

  • can u make it without a blender somehow?

  • Definitely giving it a try! Looks amazingly easy! Thanks again Manjula

  • Iced coffee is also popular in Japan but we rarely use a blender for making it. Your cup looks like smoothie. Fascinating, I'll try it.

  • Try using Chilled Milk (freeze it for about 2 hours) instead of that much of ice. It'll be creamier and still 'ICED'!

  • Wow I was stupidly boiling water for the coffee beforehand. Don't need to do that, duh! Thanks Manjula.

  • Very nice video. I buy these and pay way too much money. I will make them at home now. :-)

  • Wow, this was extremely delicious!! And didn't take more than 2 min.

    Thank you, aunt Manjula!!

  • If you add some chocolate syrup, it'll be a perfect mocha! I like to use ice cream as opposed to ice too, but Im sure Ice is better for me.

  • scrumptious!!!.....want 1..../s

  • You're so terrific, Manjula! I just wish I owned a blender so I could try this recipe!

  • iced coffe is really popular in Southern California too.

  • i was just wondering about this yesterday! thank you!

  • Instead of using cofee, can I use Chai?

  • mmm i am soo going to make this one day! Thank you!

  • I'll use a teaspoon of coffee .. I like mine light.. have to try this .. it looks so good

  • @Mikyajful

A teaspoon is the recommended serving size per cup.

  • Ur the best Aunty'ji :)

  • i like adding chocolate syrup to make iced mocha :D

  • Iced Coffee like this is very popular in Australia. I like to use vanilla ice cream in mine instead of the ice, just because it makes it richer and creamier.

  • @StupidChris19 calories calories calories... haha

  • @StupidChris19 Can't forget the whipped cream on top, with chocolate powder! Mmmm... fattening.

  • @StupidChris19 How much ice cream do you use? I might have to try that

  • Love it! Thanks!

  • I am defo trying this, thank you so much for posting this. :)

  • This looks great and is very easy! I will be sure to try this. Thank you for the recipe!

  • wow, that looks amazing, aunty ^^ I love cold coffee!!
