The split has shown just why Liam was as important to Oasis as Noel! Noels solo album is rubbish, Beady Eyes is far better, when i see Noel perform live now he just doesnt look comfortable, doesnt sound good and his songs dont suit him, he looks like he's struggling to hit the notes.
Liam has attitude, swagger and a great rock voice. I've seen Beady Eye live when they first formed in Manchester and they were brilliant. Oasis was 50/50 and I think Noel needed to realise that!

@followbeadyeye I dont think you understand what I mean by spark...theres no magic. Noel was the magic in the band, his music made you feel different..made you feel better. Beady eye can make good music cause they are all good musicians, but I doubt their music can ever make me feel the way Noel's songs did and still do. Nonetheless, I do hope they are successful, but most of all, I hope Liam realises he needs Noel and Oasis gets back together :)

@joethulhuz mate, stop talking shite and get the hell out of here. if you at least had a clue about what you're talking about, you would know The Roller is in the Key of A, and All you need is love is in the Key of G. Even though both songs use a common progression which is I - VI - vi, in the chorus The Roller roams about degrees IV and V of the scale, and All you need is love has a somewhat different progression there, because its Aminor chord turns up to be an Amajor in the chorus.

i thought this was " all you need is love" by the beatles but its just a rip off of it. Sure the chorus might be a little different but its essentially the same song. bad news i have to say, i thought liam n gem would of came up with something a little more original

You can't defend it.

Practically everyone in the past 40 years has been. And if it were only inspiration, I'd probably like him. But he's stealing. I'm not the only one who thinks this. There's a whole YouTube channel on here I discovered of the instances in Oasis' music where they've stolen from someone else.

I want people to realize that this isn't a wholly original song. It angers me that Oasis is still doing this even under their new name. They've been doing in since the 90's and it seems only a few people have caught on, like Neil Innes, and the others on here who try and tell people. Ripping off music this deliberately angers me.
