It was also available in a double DVD of the same name here in Brazil, but seems that now they cut off this and others videos from it, and I don´t know wich the reason... The only DVD "History On Film Vol. II" available here in Brazil now is a single version. Maybe you can find it for download in some torrent... Sorry...
