  • Powerful preaching brother,I will be praying for you,it is Sunday evening, just thought I would go on your channel see if I could find a sermon but found this ,thanks, will be going out in the afternoon in Manchester so please say a prayer,God bless now from Jason.

  • Amen preach!

  • Sin is an invented concept with a conveniently provided solution. Genetics show that our species has never had less than about 10,000 people at any time since it diverged from our apelike ancestors, so how could we possibly have inherited sin from some imaginary first couple who ate from a tree? Just providing a counter-point. :D Peace. ^o^

  • @hadzhere Answer: We never had "apelike ancestors," but are descended from Adam and Eve, the first man and woman. Also, God will not be punishing you for Adam's sin, but for the sins (voluntary transgressions of known laws of God) that YOU have committed. Unless of course you repent and believe the gospel.

  • @cgvtv What laws of God would those be? That I should always pay the bride price and marry girls I happen to rape. That I should never take slaves from amongst my local people, only those of other lands. Or I should always make sure to kill every living thing of the nations God asks me to conquer, apart from the virgin girls of course. Sorry there's like 800 of these things, and that's not counting the Muslim ones. Muslim hell is way scarier, does Jesus forgive me if I break Muslim laws too?

  • @hadzhere I you may be a bit confused. What you are describing are the laws of Moses. You see "the Law" seperates into "Civil," "Ceremonial," and "Moral." Any decent student of the Bible could tell you that. The Civil and Ceremonial were for a particular group of people and for a particular time. I am addressing the Moral Law with you, the Laws of Christ. Do you know what they are?

  • @cgvtv So you're saying that God's law changes depending on people and time period and that laws concerning Rape, Slavery and Genocide were not part of the moral law that was unchanging? Should I conclude that God is a moral relativist and can, depending on who and when it is committed, condone Rape, Slavery and Genocide. Please tell me what actually was part of the moral law if those weren't? I assume it must include laws against things like abusing children and torturing our fellow creatures?
