Man, I'm buying me some oyster this weekend. Been awhile since I've had one. Fried or bbq are delicious! Might sound weird but if I have to eat them with a bbq'd steak; otherwise I don't eat them. That's how I started eating them I just have to have a steak. Wine not required but nice to have. Might do some Paella and throw them in!
Lemon wedge, horseradish and a drop of cocktail sauce with the oysters chilled on ice. Perfect, absolutely perfect....
