Guitar Hero is a great way to practice guitar skills. You have to coordinate fretting and picking to a beat, the same way you do with a real guitar. Still, it's a game. It's about the same as comparing Call of Duty with actually being in a fire fight or playing a MLB game against the Yankees versus actually playing against the real Yankees. I think it's safe to say Derek Jeter would kick all our asses. Great game, tons of fun, good practice, but as others have said, it won't make you Van Halen.

although there are bad sides to this song on guitar hero there are good sides too , because alot of my music heros i found out through guitar hero and other people who play gh may also find good artists by this game who knows maybe heaps of people like clutch because they found him by gh . but thats just my opinion

lmao my one friend is so anal about that. He's like just pick up a real instrument!(he's really goo, he's had a guitar since he was like 4) and I'm like dude, it's for fun. I did have a passion for guitar though and ended up picking one up about 5 months ago because I had wanted one for like a year. It's an Ibanez AGS73B but anyway, so yeah I have been practicing a lot and I am going to be better than him so I can show him up on gh and real guitar. Yeah, I said I'm going to, not TRY to. :P

I love the song, and gh hacks are fun, but the button sequence doesn't really match the groove of the song... you have a lot of sections where a note is being repeated, but you are making the button sequence alternate between different notes.

If you want my advice, look at a guitar tab and try to use that as a guide... also, you are missing a lot of notes that the guitar player plays but you aren't including.

Hate to burst your bubble, but this is Guitar Hero 2, but only a hacked version. Clutch doesn't appear in the original disc. Plus, in order to play hacked games, you'd need a modded PS2.
