    not good man ,if you are 90 kg and you lift 100 k, thats no good at all , you should forget about the 8rep sets , and go for 90% i rep. max .

    do sets of 2 reps with whatever weight you can only lift for 1 ,2 or 3 repx max

    thats where true strength is at
