I do like Jim Carrey in serious roles and I don't like his early stupid stuff. I find the early Carrey at best not funny, sometimes annoying, and at worst repulsive. I just saw this one and it was more like the vile and offensive early Jim Carrey crap.

What the heck! Yes man has to be one of the best films I have seen in a couple years. Most "funny" films these days just go for the unimaginative crude jokes, which are sometimes funny but tend to make loads of movies very repetitive and mundane. I think yes man largely went against this and turned out great! =] Can't wait to get it on DVD!

I just watched "Yes Man". It was very funny and had a good message, I enjoyed the whole film and didn't find myself bored at any point, so from me this film would definitely get a 9 or a 10.

I will NOT be watching it. All the actors that surround him in the movie are great but Jim is not himself anymore. What I got from the Trailer looked like liar liar again. Every since Jim went into Universal all his films have had the same feel.

If he ever whats to make it in Comedy again he will need to go indie where you have more freedom.

I said it onces and Ill say it again I MISS THE OLD JIM CARREY.

I don't know if he can make a comeback, he seems not able to find good material. and NO i don't think drama is for him, he's tried it and it didn't work.
