I have since decided to go with my first and less invasive option. I'll be getting the left scar cut out and that's it. Far less recovery time and I believe it will yield the same aesthetic results. I'm on a wait list and am hoping for November. Thanks folks!

@OoeyQ I hope things go well with your revision surgery. Tissue necrosis is scary; I had reduction surgery 20 years ago and thank goodness I didn't want them so small that they would have had to do nipple grafting. I had an amazing surgeon who left me with fully-sensitive new breasts. You're a gorgeous boy. (Nice pecs!) :)
