Chuck was shooting a 6.5 Creedmoor 123gr Lupua Scenar bullet out to a mile? That's impressive, and makes me want to take my .260 Rem 140gr A-MAX just as far.
That's the first 50, using FMJ ammo with 600-odd grain bullets and probably loaded very safely. The second 50 (4:50 or so), was using 765gr bronze solids also at a very moderate velocity. No reason to tear the throat up when you are just messing around...

Yeah, the bullet goes over the camera first, so you hear the crack of the bullet before the hit. The report from the rifle comes later than both.

I hate switchy breezes, I would have taken a steady 10 rather, and some better light angles, but overall it was a 9 out of 10 day for sure.
